My dear friend, Bob Tiede has spent 55 years serving with Cru (formerly known as Campus Crusade for Christ) and has dedicated his life to developing leaders and helping people grow. Through his ministry, writing, and leadership, Bob has encouraged people around the world to become better leaders, not by simply telling people what to do, but by learning to ask better questions and truly listen.



On this special recording, we talk about leadership. We talk about blended families. We talk about the need to wake up the church. We talk about a movement that needs to keep gaining steam. And two of my favorite stories he will share at the end will be about the Walt Disney organization and the former CEO of Popeyes and some of their leadership tips.
